Service Description

Fascial stretch therapy is known to restore optimal flexibility and often eliminates restrictions felt in your muscles and joints such as pain , instability , immobility and much more. An FST session consists of: - An assessment | goal setting - Total full body table assisted stretch - Breath-work (optional) - Free follow along flexibility and mobility movements via Youtube Reap the benefits of this therapeutic service from a top tier medical spa located in Etobicoke,ON. Clients are required to wear full activewear during their session ex. shorts and a t-shirt. No jeans or extremely loose fitting clothing should be worn.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all service bookings. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment, the deposit will not be transferred over to a new appointment. Clients who reschedule on time will be permitted to transfer their deposit over, but must book their session within 30 days. Refund Policy: All payments submitted for services are non-refundable once processed. Subscription Cancellation Policy: Clients with a recurring subscription are responsible for canceling before their next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice via email to cancel their appointment. Failure to provide notice (excluding medical emergencies) will result in a $25 cancellation invoice fee. If the practitioner cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will receive a $25 credit on their account to be used towards WorkWithNey services and products. Failure to pay any cancellation invoices will result in a client ban. Late Policy: Clients will receive a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered canceled, and a $25 invoice fee will be billed. Clients who no show to their appointment will be charged a $25 fee the first time, second no show results in a client ban Mobile Service Policy: Clients must clear space for the practitioner's massage table and equipment to ensure a smooth setup. The practitioner reserves the right to end the session if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any time. Clients are required to put away all pets, remove all personal jewelry, and silence mobile devices during the session. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies.
